Prayer flags flutter in the wind above the Solukhumbu. After being hung in high places, it is believed that the lungta, or wind horse, will carry the blessings on the flags to all beings. The prayers of the flags become a permanent part of the universe as the images fade from exposure to the elements. 🏔 🙏🏔 This got me thinking about Nepal, its people, beauty and challenges. It's definitely my favorite place on this planet to visit. Every time it's a little bit different - a little more amazing.
