Goodbye Namche and on to Tengboche
EBC Trek Day 4: what a day! We had a spectacular hike from Namche to Tengboche and were lucky to have views of Everest and Ama Dablam for much of the day. Today’s hike has a very long downhill portion and finishes with a whopper of an uphill, but we were able to set a steady pace and the weather gods were smiling upon us, as we had another clear, cool day. Tonight is the last night that we’ll sleep below the tree line. Going to bed (really early!) feeling incredibly grateful for this time spent in my favorite mountains. Goodbye Namche Bazaar, we'll see you again in about a week on our return and hello to you Tengboche we are so happy yo be here.
